To register your child for school, you will need to schedule an appointment by calling the Central Registration Office at (937) 458-2400. You must have all of the items below before you will be permitted to register your child for school. The Central Registration Office is located in the Board of Education Office at 3040 Kemp Road. For further information on year-round registration, please visit the District website at www.beavercreek.k12.oh.us/beavercreek. Our first day of school is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2011.
Items needed for Registration:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Immunizations Records/Physical Form
- Custody/Adoption Papers (if applicable)
- Proof of Residency - DP & L bill, phone bill, etc.
- Address of Previous School
***All items must be supplied to the office prior to the first day of school. Without these items, your child will not be permitted to begin school until all items have been received.
