  • Board of Education pulls levy from    
    August ballot
    On May 28, the Board of Education voted unanimously to withdraw its 6.7 mill levy request from the August ballot, citing uncertainty in the state budget as it pertains to school funding.  This decision is not an indicator that the financial needs of the district have changed; rather that Board members feel more information is needed from Columbus.  Details

  • Tdap booster required PRIOR to entering
    7th grade

    All students are required to receive the Tdap booster PRIOR TO entering grade 7.  Parents must report the date their child received the vaccine to the school clinic. Please contact Ruth Owens, RN, with any questions at 458-2533 or ruth.owens@beavercreek.k12.oh.us. 

     

    Medications at school MUST be picked up by May 31

    Unclaimed medications will be thrown away after May 31.  All Requests for Administration of Medication at school form expire at the end of the school year.  Please have your doctor complete a form for the next year.  Forms can be found at:

  • Free summer meal service available 
    to students
    The Fairborn and Xenia school districts will serve as sites for the USDA Summer Foodservice Program. All children 18 years and younger are eligible for free meal service.  Details: Fairborn site and Xenia site.
