Medications at school MUST be picked up by May 31st!

Unclaimed medications will be thrown away. All Requests for Administration of Medication at school form expire at the end of the school year. Please, have your doctor complete a form for the next year. Forms can be found at: http://www.beavercreek.k12.oh.us/site/Default.aspx?PageID=496

Tdap booster required PRIOR to entering grade 7!
You should have received a letter from the nurse if your child has not received the 7^th grade Tdap vaccine. Please be sure to report the date your child received the vaccine to the school clinic. Contact Ruth Owens, RN with any questions at 937-458-2533 or ruth.owens@beavercreek.k12.oh.us.

Board of Education approves August ballot resolution
On Friday, May 3, and Monday, May 6, the Beavercreek Board of Education took the steps necessary to place a 6.7 mill emergency operating levy on the ballot in August. Details concerning the resolution can be found here.

Important: Please check your child's meal account
It's the end of the year. Please check your student's meal account to pay off any remaining balances or replenish their funds. Students without cash or funds in their accounts after May 6 will no longer be able to purchase meals. Accounts with cash balances will be carried over to the student's building for the next school year. For questions about lunch accounts, please contact the Student Nutrition office at 458-2446.
