OMEA Band Finals Judges Hospitality

In the past, the band has profitted by providing food for the judges at the OMEA band finals at Welcome Stadium the last Sunday in October and the first Sunday in November (October 26 & November 2 this year).  The band currently needs someone to head up that program.  The job includes coordinating the volunteers and overseeing the general operation.  The coordinator from the past couple of years will be there this year to train the new coordinator, with a detailed notebook containing everything you need to know.

The band also has a need for volunteers each Sunday:
1-2 people with van or pickup truck to deliver bulk food
1 person to deliver cooked food
2 volunteers at Welcome Stadium 9am - 2pm
1-2 volunteers at Welcome Stadium 2-7 pm

The jobs are not difficult, and the band directly benefits.
Volunteers are provided parking and entry passes to Welcome Stadium.
