WGI Championship Volunteer Fundraiser

Winter Guard International holds the National Championships of both their winter percussion and winter guard in the Dayton area every year in mid-April. Beavercreek has been asked to provide volunteers to help at various locations. In return the Band earns thousands of dollars in a donation based on the number of volunteer hours we were able to provide.

Events held at UD Arena & Nutter Center

WGI Volunteer check-in locations:

Nutter Center: Park in the back of the Nutter Center, by the loading dock.

UD Arena: The Headquarters (set of double doors) is well marked; Boesch Lounge.
Make sure you have a copy of the e-mail with you so you won't be charged for parking.

Available Jobs include: DVD Sales (prelims, current, and past.) Programs, Runners, Coupons.
