Listening Suggestions

Tone and Style are some of the hardest concepts for students to understand and master. Feedback and Listening Examples are very important in tackling these obstacles. Working with a private teacher who can play along with and for a student is very important and beneficial. Another must is listening to lots of great players and fantastic performances. Below is a list we have started to compile of performers who you should hear. This list is only in its beginning stages (There are so many things to listen to) we will continue to update the list. Check back often! See what you can search out, and ENJOY some great music and musicians. Please let Mr. McCullough know what you think of the various artists, and share the names of new musicians you get turned onto.
