The main emphasis of the band program is on musicianship, showmanship, pride of accomplishment, tradition, spirit, loyalty, and especially citizenship. It is the pride of a job well done and the accomplishments achieved that make the sacrifice worthwhile. It is possible by setting your schedule up in a wise manner to have a successful band season and still maintain a high scholastic standing. The success of the organization will lead to success in the individual and visa versa.
