Introduction  Adolescence is a huge period of change for males and females. Your bodies are undergoing massive changes both physically and psychologically. There are both physical and hormonal changes that your body will undergo. Most adolescents have questions about their (and the opposite sex's body) such as the following:
What are the organs of the female and male reproductive systems? What are the hormones that control the changes in these systems?
What is the menstrual cycle?   How does it work?
How does life begin?  What changes occur before birth to the baby?
What are STD’s?  How can they be prevented?  What are the most common STD’s?
Most kids have questions on these topics.
Task
You will research 3 topics following the guidelines below:
•Research the information using only the links in this web quest 
•Present the information to the class through an informational pamphlet
•Create a 5 question worksheet per topic that students reading the pamphlet could answer
•Hand in the worksheet when finished
Process  You will research 3 topics below. Go to the page in this web quest that corresponds to your topic and follow the links to get information and graphics. All informational sources must be cited in your pamphlet
