**Volleyball open gym dates**
Only 2 dates left (see link)
$200 per athlete per season
$400 limit per individual athlete for the school year
$750 limit per family (this includes middle & high school athletes)
Eligibility Information:
Student Athletes must meet the following criteria to be eligible academically:
1.5 GPA - Passing 75% of classes - can't have 2 F's

2. IMPORTANT! Any athlete whose practice does not begin at 3:30 immediately after school must go home on the bus (or walk home if he/she is a walker) and then return to Ferguson at the scheduled practice time. We do not have the capacity to supervise students at school until their practice times.

3. Before any athlete can try out, practice or play, they must have a valid physical on file with the FMS Athletic Department. Physicals are valid for one calendar year from the date of the physical exam. An athlete may participate in open gyms with only an Emergency Medical Authorization form on file. Both forms can be found under the link labeled "Forms".
