  • Concession Stand Cleaning Day: Thursday, July 31, 7:00-9:00 pm
    • Please join the concessions committee in cleaning the three outside concession stands. The stands have been gathering dust and cobwebs since we last used them and need a thorough cleaning before our first fall events. We will meet at the main concession stand. Questions?     • Concessions are by far the Band's biggest source of fundraising and needs everyone to volunteer throughout the year.
  • New Parent Meeting! [ Invite ]
    • Do you have questions about band camp and the upcoming marching band season? Please join us!! Tuesday, July 29, 2014 7:00 pm Band Room
    • Parents that have done this a time or two (some more than that) will go over what to expect during marching band season, give you some helpful tips and answer any questions you may have.
  • It's up to you! Vote for one of the 2014 Football Tunes! Vote as many times as you want before July 25th!
  • With the growing band and big changes this year your help is needed! Check out opportunities to help:
    • Help with Uniforms- if you can help with any of the following please call Mary Fansler at 937-232-3564
      • Parents to sew garment bags (later in July/Aug) there will be a total of 40 – 50 bags. Material and directions provided
    • Fill out this survey letting us know your interests
    • Looking for people to join our counting team. Bring and pick up money to various concession events. Count the money and bring sales deposit to bank. For more details, please contact Pat Wahl at 937-705-0750 or email treasurer@beavercreekmusic.org
  • Kroger RETURN SENIOR YARD SIGNS It's hard to believe another class of marching band seniors have graduated! That means that it is time to return your senior sign so that they can be repainted for the next group of seniors. Signs can be returned to the band room during the first two weeks of summer band rehearsals in July. If this is not convenient, you can contact Becky Kuech by phone at 937-879-0313 or by email to tkuech@att.net to make arrangements to return your sign. Please try to return your sign by the end of July, as work on the 2014-2015 signs will begin by the first of August.
