Students in this group must be in Varsity Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, or Wind Symphony, and will receive credit.

The ensembles perform at various concerts and at college jazz festivals. This top ensemble is also the feature group at graduation each year. Instrumentation is: 2 alto saxes, 2 tenor saxes, 1 bari sax, 4-5 trumpets, 4-5 trombones, piano, bass, guitar, and drum set. Students in Friends show choir will not be able to be in this ensemble due to many performance conflicts.
Each ensemble rehearses 2 days a week before school at 7:00-8:00a.m. or after school 3:30-4:45pm (December-May)
Winter Guard(s): This ensemble of color guard performers competes from January until mid April. It is open to grades 9-12. This ensemble performs at local, state and national competitions.
Winter Percussion: This group is open to students in grades 9-12. The ensemble performs in the Winter and Spring. Rehearsals are held on Fridays starting after marching band season. It is highly suggested that all Beavercreek Percussion students in grades 9-12 perform in this ensemble due to the high level of percussion education that can take place.
