July 9 Marching Band - Rehearsal 6-9 P.M.

**All students will need to make a membership commitment on or before this date.
July 11 Marching Band - Rehearsal 6-9P.M. Drill writing starts
July 16 Marching Band - Rehearsal 6-9P.M.

July 22 Marching Band - Rehearsal 6-9P.M.
July 23 Marching Band - Rehearsal 6-9P.M. Drill teaching starts.

Aug. 24 Marching Band photo button pictures taken (Time & Location TBA)
ALL students both NEW and OLD are expected to attend ALL Summer rehearsals.
Work is not an excused absence. All students must attend band camp.
Starting August 20th the band will rehearse Tues., Wed., and Thur. 4:30-6:30.
A mandatory study hall will be held 3:30-4:30 on each of those days.
The after school auxiliary rehearsal schedule may differ slightly from the band schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: Changes in times, and or the reduction of days may be necessary due to the financial situation of Beavercreek City Schools. All revisions will be posted as soon as they are known on the band website. A complete 2013 performance schedule will be posted in May 2013.
