![]() Are you quick witted? Do you have good reflexes? Think that knowing lots of math and science is fun and cool? Science Bowl practices will start in September on Wednesdays after school in room 1013. ![]() The National Science Bowl® is a highly visible, fast paced educational event and academic competition among teams of high school students who compete in a verbal forum to solve technical problems and answer questions in all branches of science and math. The regional and national events encourage student involvement in math and science activities, improve awareness of career options in science and technology, and provide an avenue of enrichment and reward for academic science achievement. Topics include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Earth and Space Science, and Energy. The team that wins the regional competition receives an all-expense paid trip to nationals.
