ESL is an instructional program to help English Language Learners (ELL) learn English.  A variety of instructional techniques and strategies are used to develop proficiency in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Comprehension.  Four ESL teachers currently serve our district.  Services vary for individual students.  We provide small group instruction and inclusion support for students who have very limited English skills as well as more advanced lessons and inclusion support for students who are progressing toward proficiency with English.

Our goal is to provide high-quality instruction in the English language, as well as appropriate modifications in the classroom so that English Language Learners may develop the skills necessary to be successful in the United States.
