About Mrs. Hight:
I began my career as an intervention specialist in Fairfax County, Virginia. My husband Alex and I then moved to the Dayton area and I taught in Centerville City Schools at the elementary and middle school levels. My first administration position was as the Assistant Principal at the Warren County Learning Center which is a facility for students with severe emotional disabilities. Most recently I was the Special Education Supervisor for Warren County ESC’s speech and language therapists and Social Communication Classrooms, these are classrooms held in typical buildings that service students with Autism and other low incidences. I have my Principal’s K-12, Curriculum and Instruction, and Superintendents Licenses with a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.
