Repetition is a great tool to help develop language skills. By reading the same book or singing the same song you are reinforcing memory, building confidence, and enabling the automatic use of language structures through repeated exposure. So even if it is the 100th time that day, let them hear their favorite song!

Beavercreek Preschool recently hosted its second Lunch-and-Learn of the school year in collaboration with the Greene County Early Childhood Mental Health team! Local daycare providers joined in for a professional development session focused on “Embracing a Sensory-Informed Perspective” when working with young children.
