Dear families, 

Please see the updated Open House schedule and important information below:

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Open House has been rescheduled for Thursday, August 13, from 4:30–6:00 p.m.

Students with last names A–L attending school Thursday:
Students do not need to bring all of their school supplies on the first day. A backpack and lunch (if packing) are all they need. Students may also bring pencils and crayons if they would like. Additional supplies can be brought to Open House Thursday evening. Families of students with last names A–L who will attend school Thursday may drop off necessary medical supplies at their child’s building today, Wednesday, from 3:00–5:00 p.m.

Unable to attend Open House Thursday?
Families who cannot attend Thursday’s Open House may stop by their child’s building today, Wednesday, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. to drop off school supplies.

Kindergarten:
Kindergarten students may bring their school supplies when they attend for their scheduled assessment appointment or bring them to Open House Thursday evening.

GRADES 9–12

Ferguson Hall and Beavercreek High School will be open for students and families:

  • Wednesday, August 12: 4:30–6:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, August 13: 4:30–6:00 p.m.

GRADES 6–8

Ankeney Middle School and Coy Middle School will be open for students and families to walk their schedules:

  • Wednesday, August 12: 4:00–6:00 p.m.
