Their task? Create step-by-step SOPs for making the perfect ice cream sundae! 🎉
This fun activity helped students practice precision, teamwork, and communication skills essential for future healthcare professionals.

🏆 BHS Staff & Alum Spotlight: Coach Jeremy Clingner! 🏆
Coach Jeremy Clingner — a 2003 BHS graduate, current Intervention Specialist, and coach — just fulfilled a major personal goal: to wrestle in the US Open when he turned 40! 🤼♂️
Coach Clingner competed in the 35-43 age division at the US Open in Las Vegas, participating in Olympic-style events (freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling).
He went 0-2 in freestyle but earned an impressive 3rd place finish in Greco-Roman, where only upper-body techniques are allowed! 💪
At BHS, Jeremy was a state runner-up in wrestling and a standout football player, later becoming a two-sport college athlete at Wilmington College.
We’re proud to have him at BHS, where he inspires and leads our students every day! 🧡🖤

Last week, The Spark Place and Greene County Public Libraries recognized the incredible volunteer efforts of students in the BHS Transition Program!
Throughout the school year, students from Ms. Rizzotte’s class dedicated over 100 volunteer hours to assembling hundreds of “take and make” kits for the community at The Spark Place( Greene County’s very own makers space).
