On Friday, February 14, representatives from Millat Industries in Kettering visited our robotics classes at Coy Middle School to share their expertise!
Our students have been hard at work designing prototype work cells for manufacturing Honda vehicle parts. Millat Industries helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world manufacturing, giving students a firsthand look at how their designs connect to industry practices.

Mrs. Hankins' Social Studies students at Coy Middle School recently took part in an archaeological dig led by her student teacher! This hands-on experience was a brand-new project for the class—and it was pretty neat! 🏺✨
Students had the opportunity to uncover artifacts, analyze findings, and step into the role of real archaeologists while bringing history to life in an exciting way. 🏛️📜

Mrs. Bisignani's Medical Detectives classes had an exciting visit from phlebotomist Ms. Moriah Kendall-Joy, who shared her expertise on the circulatory system. Students mapped veins and arteries using Sour Punch Straws and even practiced a blood draw on a dummy arm! 🏥💉
